Radiant Industries

We are located at Plot No. 3018 in the Gidc Phase III area. Radiant Industries is right on the main road, near the Shivom Circle on the Okha-Rajkot Bypass. It’s a good spot because the trucks can get in and out without too much trouble, though the bypass can get really busy during peak hours. Our workshop is a bit of a mix of old and new machines. We’ve got a lot of space, but it always seems to fill up with raw materials before we know it. I’ve spent many years here, and the smell of grease and metal is just normal to me now. There is a small tea stall near the circle where we usually go for a break. The Rajkot heat is no joke, so the afternoons can be a bit of a struggle in the middle of summer. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. The floor is concrete and has some cracks here and there, but it holds up fine. Most of the time, I’m just making sure the production is moving along at a steady pace. It’s a simple life, focused on the manufacturing we do here every day. It's just a regular shop floor with people who have been doing this for a long time. We try to keep the noise down, but with the bypass right there, it is always a bit loud.
