Prime Metal Industries

Out in Phase-III of the GIDC in Dared, that’s where we are. Plot No-3593 on Road no-i. It’s a big industrial zone, so there’s always something happening around us. Prime Metal Industries is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough to know the place inside out. The heat from the metalwork can be a lot, especially in the summer months. We spend our days dealing with various types of metal. It’s a lot of lifting, moving, and processing. The floor is concrete and hard on the feet, so we all wear thick boots to keep going. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. Mostly just safety signs and a calendar that’s a few months out of date. We get a lot of trucks coming in from the main road. The dust from the GIDC area gets into everything, but you stop noticing it after the first week of working here. We are just regular people working a job. We don't have a fancy board of directors or anything like that. It’s just a group of us making sure the orders go out on time. Sometimes we run into issues with the machines or the supply of raw materials, but we manage. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't ask for much else. It's just about getting the metal out the door and keeping the machines running.
