Out here in Thrissur, things move at a slightly different pace, especially around Thiruvilwamala. Our setup for Joy Thomas Engg P Ltd is based at Pradeep Vk Deepam, which is more of a home-office vibe than anything else. Being in Pambady (W), we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and the usual quiet of the district. It’s not like those big industrial zones you see in the city. We have our space here and we’ve been operating for quite some time now. People around the neighborhood know where we are, even if there isn't a huge neon sign pointing the way. We do our engineering work from this spot, and it’s mostly just about getting the job done right for whoever needs us. The address might sound a bit long when you write it out, but for us, it’s just home and work combined into one. There’s a lot of focus on the technical side of things, and sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with drawings or parts, but that's how it goes. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish up how we look. It’s just us here in Thrissur, taking care of the day-to-day tasks that come our way. We’ve grown used to the rain and the local rhythms of the Pambady area. It works for us and the people we deal with on a regular basis.
