Laxmi Wires

Our place is out in GIDC Phase III in Dared. If you're looking for us, we are at Shade No. 3572 on Bhagyodaya Road. It’s an industrial area, so it gets quite loud with all the machinery running nearby. We deal with wires all day long. The shop floor is usually covered in coils and spools. We started out small and just kept going at this location. The dust from the road sometimes blows in, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We have a small crew that knows how to handle the equipment. Every morning starts with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be shipped out. We aren't a big corporation with suits; we mostly wear work clothes because things get greasy. It’s hard work, especially in the summer heat, but we get it done. The neighbors are mostly other workshops and small factories doing similar stuff. We know the tea stall guy down the road pretty well. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a simple setup. We make the wires, pack them up, and they go where they need to go. There isn’t much more to it than that. We focus on the daily stuff and keeping the machines in good shape so we don't fall behind on what people need from us. Most of the time we're just busy with the coils and making sure the wire thickness is what it should be for the order.
