Our office is situated in Green Park, which is right opposite the new bus stand in the district. It’s a very noisy spot because of all the buses coming and going, but it makes us easy to find. If you’re waiting for a bus, you can probably see our sign across the way. We’re a small team of developers. We don't have the big flashy offices you see in the city. Ours is a bit more lived-in, with stacks of paper and maps of the local area pinned to the walls. Being near the bus stand means we see all kinds of people every day. We’ve been involved in a few projects around the district, mostly just local stuff that needs doing. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just get the permits, talk to the workers, and try to make sure things get finished. Sometimes there are delays or problems with the weather, and we just deal with them as they happen. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a solid job on whatever we are working on. Most days, you’ll find us either here at the desk or out at a site. If the lights are on, we’re probably inside trying to figure out some logistics or talking to someone about a new project.
