We’re based out of Jammu & Kashmir, specifically over at the Jagdamba Hotel building. If you look below Gumat, you’ll find us there. It’s a bit of an old-school spot, but it suits us just fine. The office has a certain feel to it, maybe a bit cluttered with books and folders, but we know where everything is. People usually find us by word of mouth rather than seeing a big ad. We’ve been around Srinagar for a long time and have seen many seasons come and go. Dealing with the paperwork and the daily grind is just what we do. We don’t try to act like we’re some big city firm. We’re local and we talk to people like neighbors. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep working. It’s not a polished environment, but it’s where the work happens. We handle a variety of things for people who walk in. Most of our day is spent at the desk, checking over details. We don’t have a marketing team or a scripted way of talking. If you have a question, we just give you a direct answer. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it has worked for us so far. We just show up every day and get to it. Sometimes the stairs up to the hotel can be a bit tiring, but we don't mind the exercise one bit.
