Anuj Palli

I am Anuj Palli and I run this operation out of my house at A/46 in Bharat Nagar. We are located in the Talab Tillo area of Jammu. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a business most of the time. I like it that way because it keeps things relaxed. My neighbors know me, and I know them. It isn't like those big city offices where nobody talks to each other. Here, we say hello when we’re out on the porch. My workspace is just a room I converted, filled with books and my computer. It gets a little cold here in the winters, so I usually have a small heater running while I work. Jammu and Kashmir has its challenges, like the occasional internet block or the heavy snow in the mountains that slows everything down, but here in Talab Tillo, we just keep moving forward. I handle all the calls and the emails myself. There’s no secretary or fancy phone system. If you call, you get me. I try to be fair with everyone who comes by. I’ve lived in Bharat Nagar for a long time, so I care about my reputation in the community. It’s not about making a fortune, just doing good work and being able to look people in the eye. That’s how my father did it, and that is how I do it too.
