You can find us at Gat Number 1218 in Ghansawangi, which is part of the Jalna district. This producer company was put together by a bunch of us who live and work right here in the area. We spend most of our time out near the fields or at the main site here in Ghansawangi. It’s a pretty straightforward operation where we focus on the agro side of things. There is no big corporate building, just our spot at G. No. 1218 where we get the work done. The Jalna weather can be tough sometimes, especially when it’s dry, but we manage. We aren’t experts in marketing or anything, we just know how to grow things and work the land. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much but it’s necessary to keep the company running legally. We all know each other well since we are from the same taluka. It’s important for us to have this collective so we can help each other out with the farming equipment and selling the harvest. It’s not a glamorous job and we often have dirt on our boots by the end of the day. We are just a group of local people trying to make the agro business work for our families in this part of Jalna. Every year brings new challenges but we just take them as they come.
