Anil Survase Agro Producer Company Limited

Our company is based in Mahakala, which is part of the Ambad taluka in the Jalna district. We are set up at Gat number 226. Anil Survase is the one who got us started, and his name is on the company. Jalna is a big hub for agriculture, but here in Mahakala, things are much more rural and quiet. We don’t have a polished corporate headquarters. Our place is more like a working site where you’ll see bags of grain, some tools, and maybe a few motorbikes parked outside. We spend most of our time out in the sun, so when we meet at our base, we’re usually pretty tired. We started this because we wanted to have a better way to buy supplies and sell our crops as a group. It’s hard to do that when you’re just one person. We talk about the things that matter to us, like the price of diesel, the health of our cattle, and the quality of the seeds we’re getting. There’s no marketing team here. We just say things like they are. If the crop is bad, we say it’s bad. If the market is down, we figure out how to wait. It’s a real, lived-in kind of business. We’re just a bunch of guys from the Ambad area who know what it’s like to work the ground and are trying to do it a bit better together. It’s not fancy, but it is our reality every day.
