Akshara Agrotech Producer Company Limited

Our office is at House Number 1952 in Tirthpuri. Akshara Agrotech Producer Company Limited is what we call it. It's located in the Ghansawangi taluka of Jalna. We are just a group of local people who decided to work together. Most of our days are spent talking to growers and making sure everything is running okay. Tirthpuri is a decent place to be based. It’s not too far from the main road. We started this because we saw that working alone wasn't getting us very far. Now we have a proper name and an address, but it still feels like the same work we've always done. The office gets a bit dusty in the summer. We keep our files there and meet when we need to make a big decision. It isn't always easy to get everyone in the same room at once. People have their own farms to look after. We try to be practical about things. No use in pretending we are something we are not. We are just trying to manage our agrotech business as best as we can. Some days are better than others. When the harvest is good, everyone is happy. When it’s not, we just have to figure it out together. That’s just how it goes here in Jalna. We just keep at it and hope for the best with each new season that comes our way.
