A N Shirke Agro Producer Company Limited

Out here in Dhaklagaon, which is in the Jalna district, we started this thing called A N Shirke Agro Producer Company Limited. It’s located at G. No. 230. We’re mostly just a bunch of farmers trying to figure out the business side of things. Farming is one thing, but selling and managing everything is another story. We deal with the crops we grow around here. The soil in this part of Jalna can be stubborn sometimes, but we manage. Most of us have been working these fields since we were kids. My father worked this same land, and his father before him. We decided to get together as a company to make things a bit more organized. It's not a corporate setup with suits and ties. Usually, you'll find us in our work clothes, probably covered in some dust from the fields. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds and what the market is doing. It gets pretty hot here in the summer, which changes how we handle the harvest. We just try to keep things moving. There’s always something to fix or a tractor that won’t start. If you’re coming by Dhaklagaon, our place is easy enough to spot if you know the gate number. We aren't doing anything fancy, just growing what we can and hoping for a decent season. It's a simple life, but it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset.
