Jayshramshakti Agro Producer Company Limited

Our place is at House Number B-77 in the Gokuldham Society over in Indewadi, Jalna. Jayshramshakti Agro is run by a bunch of us who live and work right here in the district. It’s a residential area, so it’s not like we have a massive warehouse on-site, but it serves as our main point of contact. We spend our days traveling between the different farms in Jalna and coming back here to handle the business side of things. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the paperwork and the phone calls, but we make it work. We don't have a professional secretary or any of those things you see in big offices. We just do the work ourselves, from the heavy lifting to the accounting. The people in Gokuldham Society are used to seeing us around. We talk to a lot of farmers who are struggling with the same things we are, like the cost of fertilizers or the fluctuating market prices. Our goal isn't to be some massive entity, we just want to help our local group get a better deal for their hard work. It’s a simple setup and we don't try to hide that. We just want to be honest and do right by the people who trust us with their produce. It’s a long day most of the time, and the work never really stops, but it’s worth it.
