Our place is House No-150 over in Golden Avenue. If you’re looking for us, we’re really close to Yuvraj Hospital, so that’s usually how people find their way here. We do all our work with food products right from this location. It’s not a huge factory, just a steady operation where we keep things moving. The kitchen gets hot sometimes, especially in the afternoons. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure things are packed properly. The smell of whatever we are cooking that day usually drifts out into the street. Vidhata Food Products has been around for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning traffic near the hospital can be a lot, but once you get into the avenue, it’s a bit quieter. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on what we’re making today. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact house, so we end up standing out front to wave them down. It’s just part of the daily routine. We use simple tools and keep the space clean. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. There’s always a lot of washing up to do. We don’t have a fancy office, just a desk in the corner where the bills and orders go. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. Even the neighbors stop by to chat.
