K.B Foods

K.B Foods is located right on the G.T. Road in Village Khajurla, near Phagwara. It is a very busy stretch of road between Jalandhar and Phagwara. There are always trucks and buses zooming past our place. The air is often thick with the smell of diesel and the dust from the highway, but that is just how it is here. We have a simple setup where we handle our food business. It’s a lot of hard work because the road never really sleeps. We see travelers from all over who are just passing through Punjab. Some stop for a quick bite and others are regulars who drive this route every week. The building itself is plain and practical, designed to handle the flow of people coming off the main road. Inside, it is usually a bit chaotic with people shouting orders and the kitchen staff trying to keep up. We don't have any fancy lighting or soft music, just the sound of the highway and the clinking of plates. Being in Khajurla means we are a bit outside the main city, which has its own pace. We focus on getting the food out fast because most of our customers are in a hurry to get back on the road. It is a tough business but it keeps us busy from morning until late at night.
