Our office is tucked away in Amar Garden, which is right near the Tanda Road Bye Pass. Being near the bypass is actually really helpful for us because it makes getting things in and out much easier. We are at Office No-121. United Engineering Co. is a place where we focus mostly on the technical side of things. We aren't a big sales firm with people in suits. Most of the time, we’re wearing work clothes and looking at blueprints or technical drawings. The area around Amar Garden is a mix of residential and small commercial spots, so it’s got a bit of a neighborhood feel even though we’re doing industrial work. We’ve been in this office for a good stretch of time now. Sometimes the traffic on the bypass gets backed up and you can hear the horns honking all afternoon, but you get used to it. We do our own thing and don’t bother much with what the big companies are doing. Our setup is pretty basic—just enough space for the equipment and the desks we need. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know us or other businesses nearby that need engineering help. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far without any issues. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines and the orders.
