Our place is at Plot No-102 in Rambagh Colony, which is right in the middle of Transport Nagar. It is pretty easy to find since we are quite close to the Sarb Multiplex Cinema Halls in Phagwara. If you hear the noise from the trucks and the busy roads, you are in the right spot. We make gaskets here. It is a lot of cutting and measuring and making sure things fit right. The workshop floor is usually covered in scraps of material and the smell of machines. We have been in this industry for a good bit of time. It is a family thing mostly. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you will just find us working at the back. Phagwara is a busy town for transport, so being in Transport Nagar makes a lot of sense for what we do. The Sarb Multiplex is a good landmark for people coming from out of town. We just focus on making the parts that people ask for. Sometimes the orders are big and sometimes they are just for one or two pieces. We take it as it comes. The machines can be loud, but that is just how it is in an industry like this. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. It is a practical business for practical people who need their machines to work without leaking. We have been doing this a long time.
