We are based out in Village Alipur, near the Mithapur post office. It’s a quiet area, far away from the noise of the big cities. Being out here makes sense for us because we work with biotech stuff that’s mostly for farming and plants. Our facility isn't some high-tech glass building. It’s a practical space where we can actually get our hands dirty and see how things grow. We spend a lot of our time looking at soil and seeds. The people who work here mostly live nearby in the village. We start early, usually when the sun comes up, because that’s the best time to be out in the fields or the lab. It’s a slow pace of life compared to the city, but we like it that way. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just show the local farmers what we’re working on and let the results speak for themselves. Sometimes the rain makes the roads to Alipur a bit muddy, which can be a hassle for deliveries, but we manage. We’ve got a small team and everyone does a bit of everything, from cleaning the equipment to checking the test plots. It’s a simple operation based on hard work and a bit of science. We just want to make things grow better in our own small way. It's a lot of waiting on nature to do its thing while we watch closely.
