Guru Nanak Mission Public School

You can find Guru Nanak Mission Public School out in Village Dalla, right on the Loharan Charkey Road. It’s a bit outside the main town of Bhogpur, which gives us a bit more space and a quieter environment than what you’d find in the middle of Jalandhar. Most of our students come from the surrounding villages, so we have a strong connection to the local community. The school isn't some giant institution with glass walls; it's a sturdy building meant for hard work and learning. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or dusty roads, but we don't let that stop the classes from running. There’s a sense of discipline here, but it’s not overly stiff. The kids are mostly down-to-earth and know why they are here. We have some open areas where they can run around, which is important since they have so much energy. During the winter, the morning fog can be quite thick out here in the 144201 area, but school starts all the same. We don't have a huge marketing team writing stuff for us; we just have our teachers and staff who show up every day to do their jobs. It’s a practical place for education, rooted in this specific part of the Punjab countryside. We just try to do right by the families who trust us with their children. Every year the harvest changes things, but the school remains our main focus.
