Ashvatha Foods Private Limited

Our place is at House No. 351-L over in Model Town. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty busy with people driving through or walking to the shops nearby. Ashvatha Foods Private Limited is run out of this house, so it has that lived-in feel to it. The front door sticks a bit when it rains, so you have to give it a good push to get inside. We have a couple of rooms set up for the business stuff and the rest is just where we store things. It’s not a corporate park or anything, just a regular building on a regular street. Usually, we start around nine in the morning. Someone puts the kettle on first thing because we can't really get moving without a hot drink. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the vegetable vendors and the delivery bikes going past all day. It’s a lot of manual work, checking boxes and writing down numbers in ledgers. We don’t use a lot of high-tech systems, mostly just pens and paper and a laptop that’s seen better days. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, and we have to stack things in the hallway for a few hours. We just try to stay organized and get through the list of tasks before the sun goes down. It is a bit chaotic sometimes but we manage to get it all done.
