We are located over at F-101 inside the NINL Township in Duburi. Living and working in a township is a bit different than being in the middle of a busy city center. It is a bit quieter here, though you still have the industrial feel because of where Jajpur Road leads into the main works. Most people here know each other since we all live in the same area. It’s a simple setup. You walk down the main road of the township and find our block easily. We have been in this spot for some time now. The weather in Orissa can be quite a challenge, especially in the summer months when it gets really humid and heavy. We spend most of our time just handling the paperwork and making sure things are running okay. There are trees planted along the paths here, which helps a little with the shade. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we sit and do our jobs. Sometimes the power goes out, but that is just part of life here. We have our daily routine. The kids from the township play outside in the evenings, so it feels like a real neighborhood. We are just part of the local community here in Duburi. It is a practical place to be for the kind of work we handle. We don't really have many visitors, but when we do, they usually find us without any trouble.
