Out here at Jodabar, near the Ferro Chrome Project in Jajpur, things stay pretty busy for us. We are technically part of Bhushan Power And Steel Limited, Sambalpur, but our daily lives are right here at this project site. The pin code is 755020 if you are looking it up. It is not exactly a city center location, so it takes a bit of a drive to get anywhere else. Working at a ferro chrome project means things can get a bit dusty and the work is heavy, but that is just how it is in this line of business. We don't have a lot of time for fluff. Our days are filled with monitoring the project and making sure the Jajpur operations are running like they should. It is a lot of staying on site and keeping an eye on everything. We have a small team here and we’ve all gotten pretty close because we spend so much time at the post. The office is functional, mostly just a place to keep the records and have a quick lunch before heading back out. It isn't a place for meetings with fancy suits. We wear our work boots and just get on with it. Sambalpur might be in the name, but Jajpur is where we put in the hours every single day. It is hard work but it is what we do here and we just keep moving forward with the daily tasks.
