We do not have a lot of decorations on the walls or nice rugs. It is more about the steel and the grit of the daily grind. The weather gets really hot in this part of India during the summer months and we just try to keep the fans going. Everyone knows everyone else around here so it has a bit of a small-town feel despite the big company name. We just show up and do what needs doing every morning. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big project but usually we head home when the sun starts to go down. It is honest work in a place that understands what hard work looks like. We are just glad to be a part of the local landscape in Jajpur.
