You’ll find our office at 331, Officers Campus Ext, which is just off Sirsi Road. It’s a nice enough area and it’s grown a lot over the last few years. We’ve seen more houses and shops popping up all along the road. Our team works on infrastructure, so we’re usually thinking about things like roads or bigger building projects that help the city run better. The office is where we do the planning, but most of the real action happens out on the sites. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here. The walls are mostly covered in maps and schedules rather than art or mission statements. We like to keep things simple and direct. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s sorted. Sirsi Road can get quite congested during the morning rush, so we’ve learned to plan our site visits around the traffic. Being in the Officers Campus extension means we’re in a fairly quiet spot, which is good when we need to concentrate on complicated designs. We’re just a group of people trying to do a decent job with the infrastructure projects we take on. We don't have a big advertising budget, so we mostly rely on people seeing the work we do. It’s a steady way to run a company, and it keeps us grounded in the reality of the construction world. We just keep going every day.
