You can find us over at 72-A on Kiran Path, which is in the Suraj Nagar West part of Civil Lines in Jaipur. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a nice area of the city to be in. Civil Lines has a certain feel to it, maybe a bit quieter than the main market areas, though Jaipur is growing so fast that nowhere stays quiet for long. Our office at Okay Plus Township Pvt. Ltd. is just a regular building on the path. We have the 72-A spot, and it’s where we do all our planning and meetings. The street outside has some trees, which is nice when the Rajasthan heat starts to really kick in during May and June. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with glass walls and uniforms. It is more like a place where you walk in and see people sitting at their desks drinking water and talking about land or construction. We’ve been at this Suraj Nagar location for a while now. The neighbors know us, and we know the guys at the local tea stall. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We just focus on the townships and let the work speak for itself without needing a lot of big words or fancy marketing. It’s just a group of people working together in a quiet corner of Jaipur, making things happen day by day.
