Krishna Alankar Group

Krishna Alankar Group is based out of Vidhyadhar Nagar, specifically in the Central Spine area. Our units are 516 to 518 and A 10, so we have a bit of space spread out across those rooms. It’s a lively part of the neighborhood to work in. There’s always someone coming or going in the corridor outside. We handle a variety of things related to real estate and building stuff. Our desks are usually covered in files, site plans, and half-empty coffee cups. It’s a very practical sort of office. We don’t go for the high-end corporate look; we just want a place where we can get through the paperwork and meet our clients comfortably. Most of the people we deal with are locals from around Vidhyadhar Nagar or people looking to move into the newer developments nearby. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different contractors and making sure everyone is on the same page. It’s a lot of coordination and simple communication. Sometimes things get delayed or a plan needs to be changed, and that’s when we’re busiest. We’ve been in this building for long enough that we know all the other business owners on our floor. It feels like a small community here. We just show up every morning, unlock the doors, and start working through whatever the day brings us. It’s steady work and we enjoy being part of the local scene.
