We operate out of the 302001 area in Jaipur. It’s a central part of the city, which makes it easy to get around to different neighborhoods. Gouri Homes is basically a small operation where we look at houses and apartments for people. We don’t have a massive office or a lot of staff, just the essentials to get the work done. A lot of our day is spent driving to different parts of Jaipur to check on properties or meet with owners. The paperwork for real estate can be a real headache sometimes, so we spend a lot of time just making sure the files are organized and the details are correct. It’s a straightforward business. We listen to what people are looking for and see what matches up in our notes. The city is big, and there is always something new being built or an old house being sold. We try to keep a simple record of it all. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking listings on the computer. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We know the streets around here pretty well. Being in the 302001 area means we are right in the middle of things. We just handle the daily property work, one step at a time, without any corporate talk. It’s about being there when someone needs a hand with finding a place.
