YSV Construction Private Limited is located at 17-B in the Sindhi Colony area of Banipark. If you know Jaipur, you know Banipark is one of those older, more established residential neighborhoods with a lot of character. We like being based here because it feels more like a community than a business district. Our office is basically part of the house at 17-B. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t have a big neon sign or a corporate receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting around a table going over building plans or talking on our mobile phones to contractors. We do construction work, which keeps us busy pretty much every day of the week. There’s always someone needing something fixed or a new wall put up somewhere. We don’t spend money on big advertisements or try to sound more important than we are. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for a while and people in the colony know who we are. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, while other days are completely chaotic with deliveries and phone calls. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s our system. We focus on the practical side of building. We just want to make sure the work is solid and that the people we work for are satisfied with what we’ve done.
