You can find Yadav Travels at Shop Number D-19. We are inside Doctors Banglo No - 2 on the Main Jhotwara Road. It is a well-known spot in Bani Park, right across from Space Cinema at City Plaza. The office is a bit small but it works for us. We have been here for a long time. People usually find us because they are going to the movies or shopping nearby. We have a few different cars available depending on what people need. My cousin helps me with the bookings and we have a couple of regular drivers who have been with us since the start. Jhotwara Road is always crowded, so there is always something happening outside the window. We spend our days coordinating where the cars are and making sure they have enough fuel. Sometimes a driver calls in sick and we have to scramble to find a replacement. That’s just how this business goes. We don't have any corporate slogans. We just write down the destination and the time in our diary. It’s a very manual process. We like it that way because it’s simple. The area around City Plaza has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still here in the same shop. Most of our customers are locals who live in the apartments around Bani Park. They know they can just walk over and talk to us directly about their plans.
