We operate out of Roopam Enclave, specifically at A-15 in the Ambabari area near Sikar Road. It’s mostly just a desk and a couple of chairs where we handle the bookings. The cars are usually parked out front or just around the corner. We spend a lot of time on our phones talking to drivers or checking the traffic reports on Sikar Road. It gets very busy around here during the peak hours. We handle a lot of trips for people going out of town or just needing a ride to the station. Satyamtourservices isn’t a huge operation with a fleet of hundreds. We just have a few reliable vehicles and people we trust to drive them. Sometimes a car needs a repair, so we spend the morning at the mechanic shop down the road. The office at Roopam Enclave is small but it serves its purpose. We keep a logbook of all the trips on the table. There is always a pot of tea going. We don't have a website with fancy buttons, just a phone number that people call when they need to get somewhere. It is practical work. We know the shortcuts around Ambabari quite well. If a customer is early, they just sit on the plastic chairs until the driver arrives. It’s just how we do things here every day. We just try to get people where they need to go on time without making things too complicated.
