You can find us over at Panch Batti Crossing, right inside the Goodluck Mansion with the Globe Forex folks. Good Earth Tours Travels started because we liked seeing new places, though mostly we just sit behind the counter these days booking tickets. It’s a busy spot near the crossing, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We handle a lot of different travel requests. Some people want a bus ticket to the next town, others are looking for something further away. We have our maps spread out on the old wooden table. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls. It's more of a place where you sit down and talk about where you need to go. We’ve seen the seasons change from this window for years. Sometimes the computers act up, and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with a pen and a ledger. We know the local routes well. If you’re looking for a trip, we just look at what’s available and tell you the price. We don’t do those fancy packages with umbrellas in the drinks. It is just travel. Most of our regulars live right around here and just pop in while they’re out doing errands. We keep the kettle going for tea most afternoons. It’s just us doing our bit to help people get where they’re going without making a big fuss about it.
