Viki Tech

Viki Tech is located on Tonk Road. It’s a very busy area, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside. Inside the shop, things are a bit different, though still a bit crowded. We have computers, cables, and various parts spread out over the counters. Most people come to us because they have a problem with their phone or their laptop that they can't figure out. I spend a lot of time looking at tiny screws and trying to get screens to work again. It’s the kind of place where you might find a motherboard sitting next to a coffee cup. I don’t have a lot of help, so I’m usually the one answering the door and doing the repairs at the same time. Tonk Road is a good spot because everyone passes by here eventually. Sometimes I get stuck on a repair for hours, just trying to find why a certain part isn't connecting right. It can be frustrating, but that is just the nature of working with electronics. I try to keep the shop open as much as I can because you never know when someone is going to have a technical emergency. It isn't a polished store like the ones in the big malls. It’s just a practical place where we try to fix what is broken. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so I know most of the people who stop by. It’s a lot of work but keeps me busy enough.
