Discover On Travel

We started Discover On Travel over on D162 Kanti Chandra Road in Banipark quite a few years ago now. It’s a busy spot, and we spend most of our days sitting at the desks here, trying to sort out trip details for people who walk in or call us up. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few computers and some stacks of files that always seem to grow. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the street outside is crowded, but we’re used to it. We handle a lot of train bookings and flight tickets, mostly for families around this neighborhood. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the changes in travel rules, but we do what we can. My coffee mug is usually cold by the time I get a chance to drink it because someone is always asking about a bus schedule or a hotel price. We aren't some big call center; it’s just us here in Banipark. People stop by to pick up their printouts or just to ask questions about where they should go for their next break. We've seen kids grow up and start booking their own trips now. It’s just a regular job for us, keeping things moving and making sure the paperwork is done right. The internet goes down sometimes, and we have to wait it out, but that’s just how it is. We’re usually here until late evening.
