V.S Steel Corporation

Our place is over at Plot No-5 in the Vishwakarma Industrial Area. It’s near Road No-5, tucked into Shree Krishna Vihar. If you know the industrial zone, it’s pretty easy to find us among the other warehouses. We’ve been operating V.S Steel Corporation out of this same shed for a long time. It’s got that typical industrial smell of oil and old metal, which you get used to pretty quick after a week. We spend most of our time organizing stock and making sure the inventory is where it should be in the racks. It’s just a few of us working here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to moving heavy iron bars around. The neighborhood is mostly other workshops and small factories, so it gets quite loud during the day with all the hammering and machines. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine for guests who stop by. If you come by to see us, you'll probably find us in the back working. The roof leaks a tiny bit in the far corner when it rains really hard, but we've learned where to move the stuff so it stays dry. We just try to be fair with people and get them what they need without a lot of fuss or talking. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us and our regulars who have been coming for years. We stay open until the sun goes down and then lock up.
