Shree Balaji Industries

We set up shop at Plot No. 71 in Karni Vihar. It's right near the BSNL Training Center, which makes it easy to explain to people where we are. Usually, the area is quiet enough, though it gets busier during the day. We spend most of our time inside the building handling the production stuff. It’s not a huge place, but it fits what we need for Shree Balaji Industries. We started out with just a couple of machines and slowly added more as things moved along. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just deal with it. The neighborhood has a lot of small units like ours. Everyone pretty much stays busy with their own work. We’ve got a small crew here. Some have been with us for a long time. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the name on the gate. It's mostly about getting the orders out on time. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or scraps, but that's normal for what we do. We eat lunch together in the back. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have much in the way of a front office, so visitors usually just walk right into the work area. It works for us. Karni Vihar is a decent place to be based. We've gotten used to the rhythms of the street and the people passing by the training center nearby. We just keep doing what we do every day.
