We’ve been running Akhilesh Lohispat Pvt. Ltd. from this spot in Jaipur for a while now. If you know the Heerapura Power House area near Ajmer Road, you’ve probably passed by Rseb Colony where our gate is at RV-58. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s mostly just us dealing with iron and steel orders all day. The sun gets really hot out here on the yard, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning before it gets unbearable. Most of the staff has been around for years, so we all know each other’s business. It’s a bit noisy with the trucks coming in and out, and the paperwork usually piles up on the old wooden desks inside. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. It’s just a place where we work. People come by, ask for what they need, and we see if we have it in stock. Sometimes the power goes out because we’re right by the power house, which is kind of funny if you think about it. We just sit outside and wait it out. Jaipur is a busy city, and Ajmer Road is always packed with traffic, so getting things delivered can be a bit of a headache some days. But we manage somehow. It’s a plain, simple operation here in Rajasthan, just trying to keep the business moving one day at a time.
