Visionic Construction LLP is over in the Chitrakoot Scheme, specifically at D-6/116 in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. This part of the city is quite developed now, and it’s a good place to be based. The office is situated in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more personal and less like a cold business environment. We’ve got our desks set up in a way that allows us to talk to each other without having to shout across the room. We do a lot of planning and design work here before anything ever gets built on the ground. It’s a lot of staring at screens and debating over where a wall should go or how much steel we need to order. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of professionals who happen to enjoy building things. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and we usually end up ordering some food from the local stalls nearby. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people; we just explain things in a way that makes sense. It’s about being honest about what can be done and how long it will take. We like keeping things simple and sticking to the facts of the job. It is just how we operate.
