Our unit is just one of many in the long rows of buildings. We focus on diamond tools here, which involves a lot of precise work and sitting at benches. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time now. It’s a sturdy building, built for work rather than looking good. Most of our days are spent among the sounds of grinding and the smell of metal. It’s a private limited company, but we run it like a small family shop most of the time. The weather in Sitapura can get really intense, especially in the middle of the day when the sun is hitting the roof. We just drink a lot of tea and keep at it.
