Indian Diamond Tools

Indian Diamond Tools is located at 97, Everest Vihar on Kings Road. We’ve been at this spot for quite a long time now. Running a place like this takes up pretty much all our time. It is a busy road, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We mostly deal with tools that have diamond bits or special coatings for cutting. People come in looking for specific parts for their workshops or construction jobs. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. It is just a regular office with some storage space in the back. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Sometimes the phones ring too much and it gets a bit hectic, but that is just how it goes in this business. If you are ever near Everest Vihar, you have probably noticed our sign. We keep a lot of stock on the shelves because our customers usually need things right away and cannot wait for shipping. Having it here on hand helps everyone out. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first started, but we are still here doing the same thing every day. It involves a lot of manual work and checking orders to make sure nothing is missing. We do not have a big marketing team. It is just a few of us making sure the tools are what they should be. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but we are used to it.
