Roy Diamond Tools

Roy Diamond Tools is situated at G-102 in Sagar Enclave II, over in the Padmawati-B section of Nirman Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you’re in the neighborhood, it’s not too hard to find. We work with specialized tools, the kind used for cutting or grinding tough materials. Because the tools are small and sometimes quite expensive, we keep everything locked up tight in cabinets. The shop itself is pretty small, so it feels a bit crowded when more than two people are working inside. We spend a lot of time checking the edges of the tools and making sure everything is up to the standard our regulars expect. Nirman Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always people walking by or cars looking for parking. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the rhythms of the street. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We might be sitting around having tea one minute and then busy with a complicated order the next. We don't use any big slogans or anything like that. We just know our tools and we help the people who come in asking for them. It’s a steady pace of work, and we like the independence of running our own little shop in this part of town. That is just how it is for us.
