Vinayak Diamond Tools

Vinayak Diamond Tools is located over in the Sitapura industrial area, specifically at H-1/783 in the Riico section. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s a lot of factories and warehouses, and we’re right in the thick of it. The roads can be a bit rough after the rain, but it’s a good spot for what we do. We’ve got a workshop floor where all the actual work happens and a small office space for the paperwork. It’s noisy and there’s always something being cut or polished, which I guess is what you’d expect from a place that works with diamond tools. We don’t really have visitors often, but when we do, they usually just walk straight into the work area because we don't have a receptionist sitting out front. It’s just us and the machines. We’ve been in Sitapura for a while now and we’ve seen the area grow quite a bit. There’s a lot of dust and grease involved in our day-to-day, so we don’t wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and a t-shirt that we don't mind getting dirty. We stay pretty busy with the orders coming in, and we try to keep things moving as fast as we can without making mistakes. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to the details on the bench. Every piece needs a bit of care to get it right.
