Pa Diamond Tools

Our workshop is located in the Mansarovar Industrial Area, specifically within the RIICO part of Jaipur. We are at F-254A. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always busy and quite loud with trucks and heavy machinery moving around the streets. We work with diamond tools, so there’s always a bit of grinding noise and some dust in the air. It’s the kind of place where you have to wear sturdy shoes and you don't really worry about getting your clothes a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We’ve been in Jaipur for many years now. The sun gets really strong out here in the open, especially during the afternoons, so we have a routine of starting very early to get the bulk of the heavy work done before the heat gets too bad. Our team is small but they really know their way around the machines and the materials. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the diamond edges and making sure the tools are strong enough for the jobs they have to do. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The office part of the building is just a small corner where we handle the bills and talk to our clients on the phone. Most of the action happens out on the work floor. We don't even have a big sign out front. People who need us usually know exactly where to find us in the industrial park.
