We are Akash Gems Pvt. Ltd., and our office is in the Triveni building, number 14, on Vishnu Puri Jagatpura Road. It’s a decent area, though the traffic on Jagatpura Road can be a bit much during rush hour. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time now. We aren't a retail shop where you just walk in off the street to buy a ring. We deal more with the stones themselves, the raw and cut gems. The office is usually filled with scales, lights for checking stone quality, and lots of little packets. It’s not a fancy setup, just a working office where we get things sorted and shipped out to our clients. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish. We’re just a small team of people who know a lot about gems and minerals. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when a big shipment comes in, but we manage to get through it eventually. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing speak to describe what we do. We just buy and sell stones and try to make sure everything is handled correctly. Most of our business comes from word of mouth in the industry. People know where to find us in Vishnu Puri. We prefer it this way, without the need for big promotions or advertisements. We just show up, do the work, and head home. It’s a practical way to run a business.
