It’s not always pretty work—there’s a lot of grease, heat, and metal dust involved. But at the end of the shift, seeing the finished items boxed up makes it feel worth it. We don't really have a reception desk or a waiting room. People just come to the door and we talk right there in the middle of the work. It’s just how it is here.
