Vikas Steel Traders

We are located on the 6th floor of the Okay Plus Tower. That is on Ajmer Road, right near the Government Hostel. Being up on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below on Ajmer Road. Vikas Steel Traders is our business, and we have been operating out of this building for a while now. It’s a lot different than being in a warehouse. We spend our days on computers and phones, coordinating where the steel needs to go. Since we are near the hostel, there are always a lot of students and people moving around outside. The tower itself is pretty modern, which is nice for when we have to sit through long days of trading. We don't actually keep the steel here in the office, of course. This is just where the deals happen and the paperwork gets filed. It can get pretty busy during the middle of the week when everyone is trying to get their shipments sorted. We have a small team and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just speak plainly and try to keep things moving. It’s a good spot to be in because Ajmer Road is such a central part of the city. We like the height and the fact that we can see the city while we work. It keeps things interesting.
