Vijay Steel is out on Sikar Road in the Vaishali Nagar area. We are situated near the Chomu Pulia, which is a major landmark for anyone living in this part of Jaipur. Another easy way to find us is to look for the Dahar Ka Balaji bus stand, which is quite close by. Being on a main road like Sikar Road means we see a lot of traffic and people passing through all day long. The shop itself is mostly full of steel rods, sheets, and other heavy bits. It gets quite noisy with the trucks unloading and the sound of metal hitting metal. We don't have a polished showroom; it is more of a yard where work actually happens. The dust from the road is a constant battle, but we don't mind it much anymore. We have a small desk where we handle the billing and talk to the drivers. Most people who come to us are builders or small workshop owners from around the city. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years now. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something to move or someone to talk to about a delivery. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized amidst all the heavy inventory. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. There is no point in being fancy when you are moving steel around all day.
