Vidhan Buildtech Private Limited is over at E-33 in Ganesh Vatika. We are near the Kallavala stand in Sanganer. It’s a busy spot and we’ve been here for a bit. The office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and a lot of paper. We spend a lot of time on Vatika Road looking at new plots and checking on how the cement is drying. Construction is a tough business in Jaipur because of the heat and the traffic. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know how to get a house built. Sometimes we have to argue with the suppliers when the sand doesn't show up on time. It’s frustrating but that’s how it goes. People in Sanganer know us as the local builders who are always around. We don't have a big marketing team. If someone likes what we did for their neighbor, they come find us. We take a lot of tea breaks to deal with the stress of deadlines. Every day brings a new problem to solve, like a broken pipe or a permit that got delayed. We just keep moving forward. The office door is usually open for anyone who wants to stop by and talk about a project. We aren't polished or corporate. We're just a group of people who know how to work with our hands and get things finished.
