Veena Primary School

Veena Primary School is located near Panditpur in the Ratangarh area of Churu. It’s a small place, mostly just for the younger kids who live nearby. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the local neighborhood, tucked away from the main highway noise. The school building is quite modest. We have a few rooms where the children sit on mats or small benches to learn their basics. Churu gets incredibly hot, as everyone knows, so we spend a lot of time making sure the water cooler is working and the kids stay in the shade. The playground is just a patch of open ground where they play traditional games like kabaddi or just chase each other around. It is a quiet life here. The parents are mostly local workers or farmers who drop their kids off on their way to work. We don't have a big office or a reception desk. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us in a classroom. We teach them how to read, write, and do basic math. The walls have some charts and drawings made by the students pinned up. It’s a simple setup meant for primary education. We go through a lot of chalk and pencils every month. It’s a busy little spot in Panditpur, and we like the rhythm of the school day, even when it’s dusty and loud.
