Jack N Jill

Jack N Jill is located at B-43 D in the Saraogi Mansion, which is right on M I Road. Being in a place like Saraogi Mansion means we have a lot of neighbors, and the building is always full of people looking for clothes. Our shop is focused on kids' wear. It’s not a huge unit, so things can get a little disorganized when we have a lot of stock coming in. We have piles of shirts and dresses, and sometimes we have to dig through them to find the right size for a customer. The lighting inside is just regular tube lights, nothing fancy like you see in the big malls. M I Road is the main artery of Jaipur, so there’s always something going on outside. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. It’s just a couple of us working here, trying to keep up with everything. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. If a lightbulb goes out, we change it ourselves. If the floor needs sweeping, we do it. We know many families who have been buying from us since their kids were babies. Now those kids are almost grown up. It’s nice to have those kinds of connections. We don't do big sales or fancy advertisements. We just show up every day, open the doors at B-43 D, and do our best to help parents find what they need for their little ones.
