You can find us at A-39 in Ganpati Nagar. We are near the Kardhani area, just off Kalwad Road in Jaipur. VASIVAH CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation. Being an OPC means it is mostly just one person running the show with a little bit of help. The office is really just a simple room where the planning happens. It’s in a residential part of town, so it feels very much like a home office setup. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, I'm out at a building site or meeting someone, so the office is just for the evening paperwork. Kalwad Road has grown a lot lately, and being here in Ganpati Nagar feels like a good spot. There’s a lot of dust from the road sometimes, but that’s Jaipur for you. I try to keep things organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under site reports and receipts. It is not a corporate environment at all. It is just me trying to build things and keep the business going. No mission statements or fancy goals. I just want to finish the work I start and make sure it stays standing. Rajasthan-302012 is the area code. If you’re around Kardhani, you might have passed by the house. It’s a quiet life, mostly, between the construction noise. I just take things day by day and try to stay on top of the schedule.
