Vardhman Travels

Our office is right in the Polovictory Building on Station Road here in Jaipur. It is a very busy spot, especially being so close to Navjeevan Complex and the main railway station. You can always hear the horns honking and people shouting for the next bus. We spend most of our time at the desk answering phones and writing down bookings for people going here and there. It is a small space but it works for what we do. Usually, someone walks in looking for a ticket to Delhi or maybe somewhere further south. We just check the charts and tell them what is available. There is no big secret to how we run things. We just stay open and wait for the travelers to show up. The building itself is old and has a lot of character, like most of this part of town. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break, but mostly it is just steady work. People are usually in a hurry when they come here because they have a train to catch or a meeting to get to. We try to be quick with the paperwork. It is just a local travel shop trying to keep things moving. We don't have fancy uniforms or a lobby. Just a counter and some chairs for anyone waiting. Vardhman Travels has been around this area for a good bit of time now and we see many regular faces.
